AI & Machine Learning
AI that actually works — for real customers, not just demos.
Most AI projects look amazing in a demo and break in real life. We build AI that holds up in front of paying customers: trained on your data, tested rigorously, watched constantly, and connected cleanly to the work that actually matters to your business.
Outcomes for your business — measured in weeks, not promises.
- AI features that work reliably — every day, for every customer.
- Hours of repetitive work saved — your team focuses on what actually matters.
- An AI helper that knows your business — your documents, your tone, your rules.
- Honest results — we measure what works and tell you what doesn't.
- No surprise bills — costs are controlled and predictable from day one.
Engineering rigour your CTO will recognise on the first call.
- 01Train AI on your data so answers are grounded, not made up (RAG via pgvector / Pinecone / Weaviate).
- 02We pick the best model for the job — Claude, GPT, or open-weight — not whatever's hyped.
- 03Every change tested against a sample of real questions before shipping (eval suites + LLM-as-judge).
- 04Built-in cost controls: prompt caching, smart routing, per-user limits — predictable bills at scale.
- 05Full visibility into every AI conversation (LangSmith / Langfuse) — we fix bad answers, not guess.
Battle-tested tools, picked for the job — not the hype.

Common questions
The questions every buyer asks before committing.
Will our data be used to train someone else's AI?
No. We use enterprise tiers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure) where your data is never used for training. If you need maximum control, we can run open-weight AI in your own cloud account.
How do you stop the AI from making things up?
Three ways: we train it on your real data so answers are grounded, we test every change against real questions before shipping, and we set rules so the AI says "I don't know" instead of inventing. We log everything so we can fix problems quickly.
How much does AI cost to run?
Depends on how many people use it. We design for cost from day one — caching, smart routing (cheap AI for easy questions, premium for hard ones), and per-user limits. Most production features cost between $0.01 and $0.20 per interaction.
